Ricardo (Rico) H. Correia, President , is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts & Suffolk University School of Law. He combines his education with over 20 years of Human Resource management and business development experience. Upon the completion of his JD accreditation, Mr. Correia decided to pursue a career in business. In 1979, just after graduating
Her responsibilities include Market Development, Client Services and Administrative oversight. Ana brings her extensive Non-profit and Healthcare experience in Hippa, EOEA, EEOC, and regulatory compliance to the firm. In addition, she provides client support, program oversight and work directly with CEO on program development and client project management. In addition to her experience as a client manager Ana is a certified paralegal, is bilingual and worked for the Massachusetts Third district Court in the Victims and Witness Unit. She is also a recipient of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Community Service Award.
Alfred J. Horton Jr., Business Development Director, has over 15 years of combined military, corporate and non-profit background including Senior Human Resources management experience. He joined Centaur Consulting, Inc., to provide expertise in Business and Organizational Development, Employee/Labor Relations, and Strategic Planning. He has worked for such companies as Time Warner, Cablevision, and Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union. His work history includes extensive hands-on experience in enhancing operational effectiveness, implementing sustained change management initiatives and aligning HR goals with business imperatives. He possesses well developed analytical and leadership skills as a human resources generalist and the ability to drive organizational advancement to its highest potential.
As a volunteer, he serves on the Board of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and as served in various leadership roles with Society for Human Resources Management, Chesapeake Chapter; National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications; March of Dimes; Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; and Big Brother, Big Sister. During his military service period, he received a number of citations and awards including a Sea Service Deployment ribbon, Meritorious Mass (Performance Award) and a Naval Achievement Medal.
